Due to continued growth and expansion, Fire Testing Technology Ltd is looking for an experienced sales professional to work in our busy sales office.

Fire Testing Technology Ltd (FTT) is the world’s leading supplier of reaction-to-fire testing equipment, with an enviable growth record it has become the major supplier dedicated to the design and manufacture of fire testing equipment. During the last 10 years our directors and senior researchers have participated in British, International, CEN and ASTM standardisation committees, ensuring the company is totally involved in the future of fire testing methods and equipment.

From our new offices in East Grinsrtead, nearly 95% of our sales are exported to over 55 countries. These are sold directly or through a rangeof agents and distributors.

We now wish to recruit a Sales Executive who will work closely with our Sales Director in further developing our global sales activities and generating new national and international business.

There will be considerable client contact and the opportunity for international travel, providing customer training, sales support, and customer site on a worldwide basis. The role will also involve producing customer quotations, reliable and regular follow-up of quotations and providing additional information and advice. The Sales Executive must ensure our contacts database is accurate and up-to-date and assist in the production o fproduct sales literature, mailings etc.

The candidate should be computer literate, preferably with a degree in Physics, Chemistry or Fire Science. Experience within a sales office environment in a dynamic and fast moving company is important. However, other relevant qualifications/experience will be considered. Our business is very varied, and the chosen applicant must have integrity, be flexible and enthusiastic in their approach and be a good team player.
