New IRMP Report

The FPA has recently published Integrated Risk Management Planning: Year 2: Report to Insurers.

Integrated risk management planning was introduced by the UK Government in 2003 as a mechanism whereby fire and rescue authorities are required to identify and plan to meet existing and potential risks to the community.

The new report outlines the work done by fire and rescue authorities in relation to the Year 2 plans. It provides a summary of significant and relevant changes introduced by brigades across the UK, and discusses their potential impact.

Also available is Integrated Risk Management Planning: Report to Insurers, which reviews the implications of the Year 1 plans.

To place an order, please telephone the FPA on +44 (0)1608 812 500 or e-mail: sales@thefpa.co.uk. Both reports are priced at £10.

Companies that have upgraded their FPA membership to Silver or Gold can access the documents online, free-of-charge, along with a vast range of other publications and guidance documents, at www.thefpa.co.uk
