 The unit enables SembCorp Protection (which safeguards large chemical plants and refineries) to transfer water, when needed, in the correct quantity/pressure. It houses 2,000m of high-volume hose and an automatic hose recovery system (both from Angus Fire). The hose can quickly be deployed/recovered, enabling water to be moved quickly over long distances, and some 1,000m of hose can be recovered in approximately 30 minutes.
