A DELEGATION from Hong Kong Fire Services Department visited Cambridgeshire Fire and Rescue Service headquarters and Huntingdon Fire Station during an official visit to the UK in July.
The 21-strong group was headed by Charles Chu, the newly elected international president of the Institution of Fire Engineers, who was in the UK to attend the Institution’s annual conference. Director of Hong Kong Fire Services, Joe Kwok, was also present. The visit allowed the delegation to compare the similarities and differences between the approaches in the UK and Hong Kong.
