 The calibrators incorporate sophisticated sensors which calibrate a sound-level meter under almost all temperature and humidity conditions, including different altitudes and barometric conditions. This a breakthrough in calibration ability – not only do the new units set and check the sensitivity of a meter to ensure that it reads within the legal requirements of accuracy, before and after each use, but also, unlike traditional models, they are unaffected by external climatic conditions.
