FP600, FP400 and FP Plus fire-resistant cables were specified by the project consultant, Arup, to power the venue’s essential life safety systems. These include: the emergency lighting and public address speaker systems; the smoke extract firefighting system; as well as a state-of-art fire alarm system.
According to Arup, the cables were chosen because they are third-party approved and exceed British Standard requirements.
