In the event of a fire or other emergency, Mx-4000 fire control panels automatically initiate a plant shutdown via the school’s building management system. The system then activates door retainers and smoke dampers before notifying the fire service of the emergency (via a RedCare link) to ensure a safe and quick evacuation.
MAT Fire Systems installed the system and specified the Mx-4000 range for numerous reasons, including its proven reliability.
