 The modular wiring system has been installed as part of the high-speed rail link, High Speed 1 (formerly known as the Channel Tunnel Rail Link), between the new St Pancras Eurostar terminus in London and the Channel Tunnel.
The contract included 100km of cable for tunnel lighting, which will continue to function if one section of the circuit is involved in a fire.
