Fire Safety Advisor

Band 6 £23,458–£31,779 pa pro rata Ref: W251/08

22.5 hours per week, worked over 3 days per week (additional hours may be necessary depending on the demands of the post)

North Cheshire Hospitals has a vacancy for a suitably experienced fire professional to undertake the role of Fire Safety Advisor.

The post will be based at Warrington Hospital, with cross-site working at Halton Hospital as required. The purpose of the post will be to monitor the standards of fire safety across the organisation and to provide advice to management on priorities for fire safety improvements and general Health and Safety aspects within the Estates Department.

You will be a Member of the Institution of Fire Engineers and have extensive experience of fire safety. Previous experience of fire safety in a healthcare environment would be desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
