 The recently developed apartments – once part of the King’s College art campus – combine the original nineteenth century façade with a new modern structure.
Wagner’s Titanus MicroSens addressable air-sampling smoke detection units are installed in a number of the apartments to identify the source of any potential fire. Each unit monitors up to five different rooms or areas. Discreet sampling points are fitted throughout the building to ensure that all the sampling pipes are hidden from view.
