HAMPSHIRE FIRE and Rescue Service has unveiled its new state-of-the-art fleet maintenance centre, situated at brigade headquarters in Eastleigh. The £3m centre houses the service’s modern fleet of 270 vehicles. It features 16 vehicle bays and a large fabrication area, providing more space to stow new and refurbished vehicles while the service’s team of technicians make adjustments or repairs.
