With operational power plants and new builds, fire safety is a key priority. Working with plant specialists and project teams, you will ensure an effective, coordinated approach. A key part of our Engineering department, you will be involved in fire system reviews, modifications and technical specifications, developing and implementing preventive and protective measures. You must have proven expertise of providing technical fire systems advice, including fire protection and detection systems to current standards. This will include fire system commissioning, design, installation and maintenance in power plants or large industrial plant facilities. Educated to at least HNC level or equivalent, a degree in an Engineering discipline would be ideal.
